Today, Samantha proudly calls Lexington, Kentucky, home. Before establishing herself in Lexington — where she is now both a homeowner and property manager — Samantha began her real estate career in South Florida as a member of the award-winning Ane & Co. Real Estate team. There, she expanded her portfolio and cultivated a reputation among peers and discerning buyers and sellers alike for her keen instincts, disciplined strategy, and consistent results.

 

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Samantha served as Brand Manager for Taylor Made Sales Agency, earning accolades within the international thoroughbred consignment sales community for her marketing acumen. Together with her sister, Marissa, she is finalizing the launch of Barn Door Software, an innovative client relationship management and sales platform designed to enhance efficiency and connectivity for thoroughbred consignment professionals worldwide.
