Meet Johanna Bolick

Johanna brings 26 years of real estate expertise to her role as Managing Broker for Horse and Home Estates Lexington, powered by the premier real estate brokerage platform, Side Inc. With extensive experience spanning prestige residential, commercial, and new construction properties, she offers a deep understanding of brokerage operations, management, and compliance.

In her role, Johanna is passionate about supporting Side partners—some of the country’s top-producing agents and teams—as they launch, grow, and scale their businesses with confidence and strategic guidance.

Johanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She remains actively involved in her community and serves on the boards of several local organizations, including The White House Condominium Association, City Search and Rescue and the Humane Society.
